The newsawards team has confirmed that it would be prudent and responsible to postpone this year’s Awards dinner until later in the year when, hopefully, life will have returned to some kind of normality.
Director Gary Cullum said: “We are currently talking to the Royal Lancaster London hotel about possible future dates and will announce a new date for newsawards 2020 as soon as possible.
“Judging of the Print categories has been postponed while judging of the Digital and Business awards is being carried out remotely.”
Nominations for newsawards 2020 will be announced later in the year when all judging is completed.
