Jon Wright has been re-elected chairman of The Printing Charity for a second term at the charity’s Annual General Meeting held on 24 June at Beaverbrook House, Bletchley, its sheltered home for retired printers.
He joined the charity as a trustee and honorary treasurer in 2004, becoming chairman of the Investment Committee in 2007.
A qualified accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, he joined the Financial Times in 1974 eventually becoming acting finance director.
As well as having just completed one year as chairman of The Printing Charity, Mr Wright is celebrating 40 years at Pearson Plc.
