The Prime Minister has hosted a regional media reception attended by publishers, editors, political editors, the Newspaper Conference and the NS at Number 10 Downing Street this week.
Other ministers who attended included Communities Secretary Eric Pickles, and Culture Secretary Sajid Javid. The Newspaper Conference members, chaired by Annabelle Dickson, political editor of the Eastern Daily Press, also attended the reception.
Receptions for the regional media are hosted regularly by the Prime Minister.
